We already have a vulnerability scanner. Why do we need you?
A scanner produces findings. Someone still has to package the fix, test it, deploy it to every affected device and confirm it worked. That's the work we do, and it's where most backlogs get stuck.
Do we have to change our management platform?
No. We're platform-agnostic. We're certified in both Symantec ITMS and Microsoft Intune, with our deepest experience in ITMS. The skill is the same on any tool, so we improve what you already have instead of selling you a new one.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Most engagements are co-managed: we run patching and remediation, and your team keeps day-to-day support. We agree change windows and approvals with you up front.
What do we get each month?
A remediation register like the one above, patch compliance by device group, overdue items with reasons, and evidence you can hand to auditors or your cyber-insurer.
Do you only do security?
